Sat, 12 May 2012 03:47:08 -0800WeeblyThu, 04 Aug 2011 22:32:58 -0800http://www.littlebeargolf.net/2/post/2011/08/shoot-out.htmlI can't believe how much fun we had tonight!!  The competitive rivalry was there in full force while at the same time at lot of support given for the great shots that were made.   # 3 is a very tricky hole, but as Greg Van Dolah proved with his shot - only 18 1/2" from the hole - it is a very doable hole in one!  Then after everyone had their turn - we made our way back to Mulligan's to indulge in a few beverages while everything was tallied up and prizes awarded.  Yes, the camaraderie is finally developing at Little Bear.  Many new friendships were made tonight!  And while I was contemplating that this was the last hole in one contest - the participants begged to differ so we are up for another round.  Denny was on holidays and our regular support team was having a wind up party in Christina Lake so Suzanne Stansbury graciously stepped in to help us out tonight.  A big thank you to Suzanne - I couldn't have done it without you.  Also a big thank you to our sponsors!
